To save a post as a Favorite, follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate the post or activity that you want to add to your Favorites.

Note: You can’t add broadcasts to your Favorites because they are not saved.

Step 2: Click the heart icon on the post that you want to save. This will add the post or activity to your Favorites section.

To access saved posts or activities, in the left-hand menu, click on “My Favorites”.

Follow these steps to learn how to upload, publish, and monetize your Stories on Glimpse.me:

Step 1: When you log into your profile, click on the button that contains the + icon to add a new Story.

Step 2: Give your Story a title.

Step 3: Upload files or photos that you want to publish as a Story.

Step 4: Select the files or photos that you want only your sponsors to see.

Note: The following steps are applicable only if you haven’t already set up a Sponsorship Level that grants access to your Story.

Step 5: Click the “Activate Sponsorship” button.

Step 6: Add a Sponsorship Level, specify the title of the Sponsorship Level, input the cost in tokens, include a short description, and select the “Sponsored Story Content” from the dropdown menu.

Step 7: Click Save to apply the changes and publish your Story.

You can purchase tokens for real currency. When purchasing tokens, a small fee is added based on the number of tokens you purchase in a single transaction. When exchanging tokens for real currency, you get the full amount — USD 1 for one token.

How do Glimpse tokens work?

Purchased tokens cannot be transferred to other users. If you plan to use Glimpse as both a content creator and sponsor, the tokens you receive from other users cannot be used to unlock other users’ content. Only tokens that you’ve purchased can be used for paying to view exclusive content that’s locked behind a Sponsorship Level.

The tokens you’ve purchased don’t have an exploration limit. You can spend them whenever you’d like.

Exchanging tokens for real currency

Content creators who’ve earned tokens from fans and sponsors can exchange their tokens for real currency at any time. Content creators have complete control or how and when they want to cash out their tokens.

Glimpse doesn’t charge content creators any fees.

For example, if you earned 100 tokens, you’ll be able to exchange 100 tokens for real currency. Given that each token is worth USD 1, you’ll receive $100 for 100 tokens.

How to use purchased tokens on Glimpse.me

You can spend your purchased tokens on Glimpse.me in several ways:

1. Sponsor other content creators, incurring a monthly fee.

2. Send tips to other content creators

3. Purchase content from a creator’s store for a one time charge.

4. Purchase video call time slots for one-on-one interactions with content creators.

Digital creations can be added to your store to help increase your Glimpse revenue.  To add a file to your store follow the instructions below.

Step 1: From your dashboard click on the “My Store” icon.

Step 2: Select the “Files” tab.

Step 3: Click the “Upload New File” button.

Step 4: Select the file you would like to add to your store.

Step 5: Create a “Name” for the file.

Step 6: Set a “Price”.

Step 8: Click the “Upload” button

As a content creator, you may not always need a sponsor to earn money from your digital creations. You may choose to sell some or all of your content directly for a one-time charge.  The “My Store” feature allows you to increase your revenue by selling any type of content – images, videos, or files.

Follow these instructions to add a video to your Store:

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on the “My Store” icon.

Step 2: Select the “Videos” tab.

Step 3: Click the “Upload New Video” button.

Step 4: Select the video you would like to add to your store.

Step 5: Add a “Name” for the video.

Step 6: Set the “Price” in tokens.

Step 7: Select a thumbnail image.

            Note: this is optional, if no selection is made, the middle frame of the video will be used automatically.

Step 8: Click the “Upload” button.

You can’t sell physical goods in your Store because we don’t collect shipping information from users. However, if you do have physical goods that you’d like to sell with Glimpse like a physical painting, you would be responsible for managing the entire process and taking care of any shipping or other fees.

Follow the instructions below to learn how you can sell physical goods using Glimpse.

Step 1: Add the image of the physical item to your Store.

Step 2: When someone purchases your merchandise, send the buyer a “Private Message” on Glimpse to collect their shipping information and other details.

Step 3: Send the merchandise to the buyer and provide them with a tracking number.

Follow these instructions to add images to your Store:

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on the “My Store” icon.

Step 2: Select the “Photo Galleries” tab.

Step 3: Click the “Create New Album” button.

Step 4: Select the image(s) you would like to add to your Store.

Step 5: Add a “Name” for the album.

Step 6: Set the “Price” in tokens.

Step 7: Select a thumbnail image.

            Note: If no thumbnail is set, the first image in the album will be set at the thumbnail image.

Step 8: Click the “Upload” button.

1. Glimpse Me – a public profile that is accessible to anyone
2. Guarded – a private profile accessible only to people you invite

Similar to the “Account Type”, you can also make your Store public or private. If you would like to delete your Glimpse account, you can do so in the Account Settings section as well.

Follow the steps below to change or update your Account Settings.

Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right

Step 2: Click “User Settings”

Step 3: Click “Account Settings”

Step 4: Choose the settings that you want to update.

Step 5: Click “Update”

The Notification settings area allows you turn on or off both SMS and email notifications and is accessed by clicking on your profile image in the top right off your homepage.  You are also able to edit from whom you receive SMS messages in a couple of easy steps;

Step 1: Click the “User Settings” button

Step 2: Click the “Notifications” button

Step 3: Click the “Edit” button.  You’ll see all a selector that allows you to turn off/on all SMS notifications as well as all the users from who you currently receive notifications.  You are able to manage each user separately for complete control of what comes to you.

Step 4: Choose from whom you would like to continue to receive messages by toggling the slider.

Step 5: Press “Update”.

There are no limits on what you charge for your content or how many sponsorship programs you create for your users.  Each sponsorship you receive from a user, will allow them access to the content you choose for 30 days. The glimpse system automatically deals with the administration of the sponsorships, freeing you up to create or provide more amazing material for your site.   Let’s show you how to set up some basic content sponsorship levels. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Step 2: Click the “My Sponsorships” button. This will show you all of your sponshorships you have set up on your Glimpse account (if any are created).

Step 3: Click the”Add Sponsorship Level” Button.

Step 4: You can create a “Title”, choose the number of “Tokens” it requires to see this content, create a small description for this level and choose what type of content you want in this level.

Step 5: Ensure that the level is “Active”.

Step 6: Press “Update”

That’s all it takes. You can create the sponsor programs that work for you. Now all you need to do is share your Glimpse page with as many people as you can to bring them to your work.
