Glimpse recommends live streaming with OBS. Here is a quick rundown on how it works.

1. Create a Glimpse Account

The first thing you need to do is sign up for a free Glimpse Content Creator account.

A Content Creator account gives you access to all the features needed to stream on Glimpse. To sign up, click the Join Glimpse link below.

Fill out the form and be sure to select Content Creator as your role.

2. Download and Install OBS

Browse to the OBS website and download the OBS installer for your platform of choice (Windows, Mac, or Linux). Run the installer and launch OBS once installed.

3. Configure OBS

The easiest way to configure OBS is to run the Auto-Configuration Wizard accessible from the Tools menu. The wizard detects which hardware you’re using and adjusts the settings accordingly.

You can customize OBS further by selecting Settings from the File menu.

4. Set Up Your Stream

To set up a stream on OBS, you need to add media sources. Under the Sources panel, right-click and add:

Screen Capture, to capture your display output.
Video Capture Device, to capture your webcam footage.
Audio Capture, to capture your microphone input.

Once you’re done adding sources, start your stream by clicking Start Virtual Camera from the Controls panel.

5. Create a Sponsorship Level for Streaming

To stream on Glimpse, first create a Sponsorship Level that includes the View Broadcast feature:

Log in to Glimpse.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select My Sponsorships.

Click Create Sponsorship.

Define a Sponsorship Level:
1. Provide a name.
2. Specify the number of tokens required for unlocking.
3. Tick the box next to View Broadcast.
4. Optionally add a description.
5. Click Create.

After creating a sponsorship level with the View Broadcast option, the Go Live button appears on your Glimpse user dashboard.

6. Go Live on Glimpse

Click the Go Live icon under the user dashboard. Once the page loads, your browser will request permission to use OBS Virtual Camera, click Allow.

Then click the Go Live button to start broadcasting.

Glimpse provides seamless integration with Twitter and Discord.

Twitter Integration

Connecting your Glimpse account with Twitter allows your followers to instantly see your Glimpse updates posted on Twitter. To connect with Twitter:

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select App Connect.

Select Twitter Connect from the list, then click Connect to Twitter.

Authorize your Glimpse account by logging in with your Twitter credentials.

Discord Integration

Connecting your Glimpse account with your Discord account allows you access to sponsored Discord channels.

Navigate to the App Connect page from the profile menu.
Select Discord User Connect from the list, then click Connect to Discord.

Discord Server Connect

Connecting your Glimpse account with a Discord server allows you to grant fans access to your sponsored Discord channels. Once connected, you can add your Discord server to your Sponsorship levels.

Navigate to the App Connect page from the profile menu.
Select Discord User Connect from the list, then click Connect to Discord.

Authorize your Glimpse account by selecting your Discord server from the drop-down menu.

Instant Messaging

You can chat with other Glimpse creators and fans through Glimpse. Access the My Messages page through the user dashboard. To chat with someone, send them a chat request.

You can send and receive tips from other Glimpse users through the chat window.

Glimpse Gaming Servers Feature

In addition to live streaming, Glimpse gives content creators the option to share their private gaming servers with their Glimpse fans. Supporters can play on these servers in exchange for a sponsorship fee (more on that later).

How to Add Game Servers

Adding a game server to your Glimpse account is easy, just follow these steps:

Log in to your Glimpse account.
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Gaming Servers from the menu.
Click Add New Server.

Provide a name for your server, select server type, and click Continue.

Provide server details and test the connection. Note that each server type requires different server details. Click Continue.

Include the server in a sponsorship level. Users can pay to unlock the sponsorship level and gain access to the server. Click Continue.

Provide additional connection instructions for the server and click Continue.

Verify server details and click Create Server.

Monetizing Your Content With Glimpse

Tokens

As a content creator, retrieve tokens at a rate of $1 = 1 token. Glimpse may charge users a small withdrawal fee for the retrieval of tokens, but Glimpse guarantees there are no commission fees on your earnings.

Sponsorship Levels

On Glimpse, fans support you by purchasing and sending tokens to your account to unlock sponsorship levels. As a creator, you choose which features are unlocked at each level.

Creating a sponsorship level is simple, all you have to do is:

3. Included features
4. Description

Click Create.

Whenever you add new content to Glimpse, you can choose to include it in a sponsorship level.

My Store

On Glimpse, you can also sell content directly to other users through the My Store option. Access the My Store feature through the user dashboard. You can sell videos, photo albums, and other files through the store.
